There's no doubt Pokemon are popping up everywhere and are quickly taking over shops, towns, landmarks, and mainly, people's lives.
Wherever you look, there an intrepid hunters glued to their mobile phones and flicking furiously in the hope of catching them all.
Pokemon Go has been a cultural phenomenon and has spawned a craze across all generations of fans.
And although Pokemon have had their own TV series and big screen movies, the mega re-emergence of Pikachu and pals could put them in line for further global stardom.
So DesignCrowd asked its creative community to forge their Photoshop skills and imagine Pokemon characters as the lead roles in iconic film scenes.
And what they created was a hilarious but crazy mash-up of augmented reality cartoon characters combined with classic Hollywood movie magic.
Obviously King Kong could be played by Snorlax, Squirtle and Shiny Greninja would pop up in Forrest Gump, and well, Pikachu was born to play E.T., right?
